What Is a Compound Wall?
A compound wall (boundary wall or fencing wall) encloses a property for security and privacy. Precast compound walls use factory-made concrete panels and pillars โ they are faster to install, more economical, and more uniform than brick walls.
Components
- Precast Panels โ Concrete slabs (typically 4' ร 1.5' or 5' ร 1.5') that slot between pillars
- Precast Pillars โ Reinforced columns (typically 4" ร 6") at regular intervals
- Foundation โ PCC pad for each pillar (typically 1.5' ร 1.5' ร 2' deep)
