Electricity cost per km = electricity rate ÷ efficiency. At 0.15/kWh and 6 km/kWh, that's 0.025 per km. For comparison, petrol at 1.50/L in a 12 km/L car = 0.125 per km — 5× the EV electricity cost.

All-in cost per km adds insurance, maintenance, and other costs divided by annual km. EVs typically run 0.15–0.30 per km all-in, while petrol cars run 0.25–0.50 per km. Higher annual km reduces the per-km fixed cost.
