π‘ Air Force PT Test Scoring
The Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment consists of three components: push-ups (1 minute), sit-ups (1 minute), and a 1.5-mile timed run. Each component is scored and weighted into a composite score out of 100.
To pass, you need a composite score β₯ 75 with a minimum cardio score of 25 points. Scores of 90+ earn 'Excellent' rating. Testing is conducted twice per year.
