The Navy PRT consists of three events: push-ups (2 minutes), forearm plank (hold), and 1.5-mile run. Each is scored 0-100 and averaged. The plank replaced sit-ups/curl-ups in 2021.

Categories based on average score: Outstanding (90-100), Excellent (75-89), Good (60-74), Satisfactory (45-59), Failure (<45). Sailors must pass all individual events and achieve at least Satisfactory overall.
